I am a licensed social worker with over 35 years of experience in the field of behavioral health, child welfare and development disabilities.  I originally started out as a homeless outreach worker moving into directing a mobile crisis team for a community mental health center and moving on to working for Allegheny County Mental Health in various projects and clinical consultant and project manager.  I relocated to Philadelphia County to become the Director of the Female Offender Program for the Court of Common Pleas and was part of the development of the first Treatment Court before transitioning to Medicaid Managed Care through Community Behavioral Health.  Since 1997, I have had that role and continue to provide clinical consultation to the Department of Human Services in the form of home visits, court testimony, and technical assistance to the 10 local Community Umbrella Agencies.  My background and experience have been at the micro and macro level, ranging from grant writing, to program development to integrated systems of care.
